Messiah Rejected

The long awaited “Seed of the Woman” arrives and his name is Jesus. He perfectly represents the character of God, and he personally embodies the dwelling of God. He calls Israel to repentance in order that he may deliver them from the oppression of the nations, destroy the Serpent, remove the curse of death, and reestablish the rule of God by himself through Israel on earth. Israel rejects God’s Word, which was made flesh in the “Seed of the Woman,” Jesus, and thus rejects their provision for deliverance. The deliverance of Israel from the nations which was promised by God is now delayed, and during this time, the “Seed of the Woman” is blessing the nations with the Good News of his coming through the Word he has given to his apostles. This Good News offers both the blessing of deliverance from the bondage of the rule of the Serpent, as well as the promise of resurrection into the kingdom of the “Seed of the Woman” through faith in Jesus.
